Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Handle customer returns and exchanges
- Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals

Experience:
**Must have experience in the welding supply industry preferred **

- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair or diagnostics is a plus
- Proficiency in inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Familiarity with retail math principles for pricing and discounts
- Ability to use Excel for basic data entry tasks
- Multilingual skills are advantageous for interacting with diverse customers
